Albus Wang (they/them) is a non-binary multi-media artist, licensed Cosmetologist(CA), storyteller, community organizer, and spiritual leader based in Los Angeles, USA and Beijing, China.
Their most recent works includes photography series “Glasses”, “Trans Diaspora”, and founding the media company Youfenglanxia Media Co. in Beijing, China whose mission is to amplify marginalized voices by developing and producing documentary series for Chinese streaming platforms addressing issues in local LGBT community.
In their photography works, Wang incorporates advocacy, Tarot, and community, often dealing with topics like hope, poise, joy, and resistance. Through striking images, Wang showcases the beauty and strength of the transgender community and raises awareness about gender inequality.
